Malikah is Awesome, Great customer service, very well great working experience, She is a team player I enjoy her work relationship with people. I would give anything for moving forward. She is so Phenomenal. Very pleasant person.
I've been staying here since January 20th 2025. Zareena Siddiqui does an amazing job running this hotel. She really cares about her customers. The staff is very nice and helpful. Kevin has been great since he started. I would highly recommend this hotel.
We were looking for a place that was close enough to things but not directly in Raleigh and this was it. We weren’t sure what to expect as we never stayed in this style place before. Zareena at the front desk was amazing to work with! Check in after hours was super easy. The only Con I say is there was no knowledge prior to check in that there is no dish soap but Walmart is a 5 minute walk away and you’re able to grab what you need. I would 100% recommend and we will be back.
Check-in was seamless. Though I had noticed a couple of issues with my room like the dishwasher didn't work, there wasn't any soap available, and the water pressure for the shower wasn't as strong as I would've liked. Other than that, the room itself was clean, with fresh linens. A bit expensive for 4 nights (~$430 w/ discount).
This is a fantastic hotel between Raleigh and Durham. The place is new, and very spacious. It has an inner outdoor area spreading and connecting every room. Overall appearance is fantastic. Everything was clean, save for some trash forgotten to be cleaned. I never had to even talk to someone. It was that discreet and easy. Lockboxes are where you get your keycards, and it is very intuitive. The room is very spacious. The location is in a relatively quiet area, but there is not much lighting, so you'll need to be aware if traveling alone or at night.

If you’re moving to the area, or already in the area I would highly recommend staying. The room was absolutely fantastic, not to mention the service I received from the workers was amazing especially Zareena. A nice perk was they had a great common area with Seating and even a grill. Overall if I could’ve gave a 10/10 review I would’ve.
This place blew me away. I needed a place for my family to stay during home renovations and it felt like home here. Fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed to live our normal lives. It really felt like a ready to move in apartment. It was also quiet which was great. Not only are the rooms nice and clean and comfortable with a great location in the heart of RTP, but the attention to detail was amazing. The lighting in every room could be set exactly as I wanted. There’s a TV in the living room and the bedroom with Netflix included. The walk from the parking lot to the room is short. There’s a large nice courtyard right outside the room with places to sit and a grill. It’s the only extended stay place I found with an oven. The nightly rate, especially for longer stays, is a huge value compared to nearby places.
